• Schedule: Mon - Fri 7a to 3p, Tue - Fri 7a to 5p, or M-F 1 wk on/off 7a to 3p.
• Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Standard- all cases but hearts, some pediatrics
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Requirements: Board certification
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Malpractice Insurance provided.
