Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Morrison Community Hospital! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals.
We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Morrison, IL. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: General Surgery, Spines, Podiatry, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics and ENT
Compensation: 1099 Option
• $250/hour
Qualifications:
• Candidates with strong independent practice
experience including regional and neuraxial
anesthesia
• All Novus providers must meet state licensure
requirements.
• Providers must complete and meet hospital
credentialing requirements for the hospital where
they are privileged.
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia
experience preferred.
• Must have solid decision-making ability.
• Current certification as a CRNA with an IL
license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate patient records and
documentation.
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control
protocols.
