Shifts: Mix of 10- and 12-hour days
Call: None – no in-house, pager, or weekend call
Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Endo, EP/Cath lab, MRI, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Da Vinci Robot
Facility: 15 anesthesia rooms, Epic EMR
Team: 9 MDs, 17 CRNAs | 4:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio | MDs also do own cases
