Cases: Cardiac, Dental, ENT, GI, GYN, General, Heads, Neuro, OB, Ortho, Spine, Thoracic, Vascular
Schedule: 8s, Days
Call: 1 weeknight per week, Pager
Weekends: 1 weekend call shift per month, Yes (call)
Lodging: Included in rate
Rental/Mileage: Included in rate
Practice Model: Care team
EMR: Meditech
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, 6 months, Option to extend
Licensure: DEA, State APRN
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA, PALS
