East Texas Autonomy – B & B + OB, High Pay and City Access
Step into a full-autonomy CRNA role in a welcoming East Texas community known for its relaxed lifestyle, affordability, and natural beauty. This permanent 1099 position pays around $300K annually, includes 35 days off, holidays, and provides malpractice, offering you a strong balance of income and freedom. The environment is CRNA-only with 8 providers onsite daily and a supportive OR culture that allows you to manage your own cases confidently.
Your case mix includes bread & butter and OB/GYN, with no head cases required. Regional anesthesia experience is welcomed, and training is available if you’d like to expand your skill set. OR flow is predictable and steady, providing a smooth daily rhythm without the pace or pressure of a large metro hospital. Take call only once a week.
