Immediate full time positions for CRNAs at the HEB/Alliance division of USAP! Our division's two primary sites are THR HEB hospital and THR Alliance hospital. Both located conveniently close to DFW airport. THR HEB is a level 3 trauma center with a 251 bed capacity. THR Alliance is a smaller hospital with 151 bed capacity. CRNAs practice in an anesthesia care model with a variety of cases. Cases include general surgery, gyn, ortho, urology, endoscopy, cath lab, OB, and basic neuro. There are no cardiothoracic cases. Openings include an 8hr shift CRNA and call team CRNAs.
Call team CRNAs will need to be proficient in OB anesthesia. They work one 24hr and two 8hr shifts per week on a rotating schedule. This rotating schedule allows for 6days off in a row every 7wks without the use of PTO. The call team also receives weekday and weekend hourly shift differentials. Minor holidays are paid at 1.5x/hrly and 2x/hrly for major holidays.
Compensation is paid hourly based on years of experience. There are opportunities for over time, both within our division and across other USAP divisions.
