We are looking for a permanent CRNA at a small hospital in Central IN, 70 miles from Evansville, IN. Enjoy work life balance with 13 weeks off. $325K plus $35K commencement bonus. 3 weeks on/ 1 week off rotation with minimal call. I have posted some of the details below. - Mon thru Friday shift times of 7am-3pm
- Cases include General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
- All CRNA practice
- Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Competitive 1099 salary
