Randolph offers just about everything in the way of backcountry skiing, hiking and biking (see more than 240 miles of mapped trails!), let alone snowmobiling and snowshoeing!. With a quaint downtown with fantastic eateries, cafes, breweries and distilleries alike, there's something for everyone...and with a practice schedule which leaves much of the year off, you'll have ample time to explore all that Randolph and nearby adjacent towns have to offer.
So, what are our Gifford Medical Center CRNA's up to?
On a typical day, they're providing anesthesia services in an Independent Practice with full autonomy and no hand holding. And, while they are equipped to offer their regional skill set for ortho, they're just as willing and able to share and teach those skills to anyone interested in joining.
Compensation:
$215/hour with an 8hr guarantee
$850/weekday call + callback
$1250/weekend call + callback
Annual base comp without any OT or callback= $400,000
Model:
3 CRNAs M-Th and 2 CRNAs on Friday. Consequently, each CRNA will have 13 Fridays off per year. So, 13 weeks off AND a longer stretch off when you’re off on Fridays…
