This full-time CRNA position offers weekday flexibility with 8 or 10 hour shift options, built-in advancement, and access to a wide range of cases — all within easy reach of one of Pennsylvania’s top college towns.
The position comes with a well structured package that give you the option to earn /work as much as you would like. An experienced CRNA could earn into the high $500Ks with an extra 8 hour shift a week. A new graduate could earn about $330K with incentives but no extra work and experienced people would make up to $425K. Bonuses can be up to $150K in total for a new graduate plus student loan programs. With banked PTO and a large retirement program this role has much to offer financially. Particularly as this is an affordable area.
