Flexible scheduling is available with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, along with optional 24-hour call shifts that are part of the broader coverage model but not required exclusively. Total compensation can reach the mid $400Ks plus overtime, along with a six-figure sign-on incentive, making this a financially compelling role for experienced CRNAs.
