CRNA – Surgery Center - $100K Bonus, 4 or 5 Day Week in Pittsburgh
Join one of Pittsburgh’s outpatient surgery teams and enjoy a true lifestyle schedule with a 4 or 5 day week and zero call. This ambulatory center offers a smooth workflow, a supportive anesthesia team, and the flexibility to shape your week around a predictable daytime rhythm.
CRNAs here receive $100K in bonus, up to $30K in retirement, and up to three weeks of PTO deposited into your bank on day one plus almost 8 weeks off a year. Your earning power can grow quickly: providers can earn compensation into the $400Ks through escalators, and optional premium-rate shifts. If you’d like to keep higher-acuity skills sharp, hospital case opportunities are available within the network.
