We're looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at CHI St. Lukes's Health - Memorial Hospital in Lufkin, TX.

*$327(k) with 7 Weeks Off
*$315(k) base
* $1,000 for weekend call pay (Sat/Sun)
*1099 Position
*Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, cardiology and CV
*500-600 OB deliveries each year
*Call is 1:7
*Team is comprised of 8 CRNA's
*Malpractice and tail coverage provided
*Sign On Bonus Provided
Qualifications:
*Board certified
*Regional Anesthesia is proficiency is preferred, but we are willing to train
