Start Date: ASAP
Length of assignment: 13-weeks or longer - extensions accepted
***F/T need: they are open to 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month commitments
Schedule details: Would love to find providers that can do 2 weeks/month for a 3-month stint if possible.
***F/T need: Ideally would like 1 CRNA to cover the entire full-time schedule but will accept 2 (2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off schedule).

May 7, 26-29
June 1-5; 15-19; 29-July 3rd
July 6-10; 13-17
August 3-7; 24-28; 31-Sept 4th
September 8-11; 14-18; 28-Oct 2
The rest of the year has 1 or 2 openings most days.
Bread and butter surgery center cases: General, ENT, GI, Endo, Gyn, Oral, Podiatry, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Pain, Hand, Urology
