Locums CRNA – St. Augustine, Florida
Start: Late March / Early April 2026 (ongoing)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shifts: 5x8s only
Call: None
Weekends: None
Credentialing: 60+ days (approx. 90 days noted)
EMR: SIS (Surgery Center) + Cerner (Hospital)
A facility in St. Augustine, FL is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This is a high-quality weekday opportunity offering consistent hours with no call and no weekends.
Assignment Highlights
Monday–Friday only
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No call / no weekends
Mix of coverage:
Surgery Center: 1–2 days per week
Hospital: 3–4 days per week
Care team model with supervision ratio 1:3 or 1:4 (never higher than 4)
New facility building
Case Mix
Surgery center is primarily 100% Orthopedics.
Hospital mix includes:
Orthopedics
General Surgery
GYN
GI
Urology
Podiatry
ENT
Neuro
Requirements
Active Florida license required at presentation
ACLS & BLS required
Must meet Envision work history restrictions (out-of-state candidates only)
Important Candidate Restrictions (Envision Requirements)
Only out-of-state candidates accepted
Must provide copy of out-of-state driver’s license with presentation
Cannot have worked for this site or affiliated site within past 24 months
Cannot have worked at any Envision site within 75 miles of this location
New Envision candidates must reside outside the 75-mile radius
Candidates residing in Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County will not be accepted

Travel Reimbursement
Travel is reimbursement-based with caps:
Hotel cap: $150/day
Rental properties/Airbnb cap: $100/day
