Job Description
We are looking for a few CRNA’s to join our group due to continued growth of our practice. We are a small, collegial group of both MD's and CRNA's that work independently. We currently provide coverage to two hospitals in beautiful rural Northern California. We focus on providing excellent, progressive anesthesia while also maintaining a healthy work life balance. Because of our unique practice structure, our contractors are able to have flexible schedules ranging from four days a month to full time. We cover basic cases such as: GI, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain, GYN, ortho, and OB. OR’s run from 7:30am, M-Th with overtime after 3pm, though days usually end before that. We have a pre-op clinic to avoid day of surgery surprises. Our OR’s are modern and well supplied. We have excellent support staff and great relationships with our surgeons.
As a group we pride ourselves in providing safe, state of the art, progressive anesthesia, while also leaving enough time for the things we enjoy outside of work. Our team is a mix of full time and part time staff. Regional skills are a plus, but we are happy to help people improve their skills. Several people live locally, while others drive or fly in and stay at our lovely lakefront house. We are not a locums agency.
