1 Facility Tertiary level 2 trauma center All cases except open hearts 19-20 ORs per day 5 endo, 3 cath labs 2 days per week with other outside locations OB – mostly covered by FT; Regional – Spinals Only; Peds – dental, ENT, general surgery – mostly 2 and older ACT – Medical Direction Charting - Cerner Shift lengths 8,10,12 (40-60)– the more flexible they can be the better.
