Highlights of this locum opportunity in Northeastern Nebraska:
• 3 docs and 12 CRNAs make up the anesthesia team
• Care team model: Lightly directed (5-10%) during the day
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm likely NO week night Call; but open if a provider can offer 1-2 nights. This facility ONLY takes M-F coverage/ Full weeks but may consider 10's on a case-by-case basis.
• Average 5+ daily cases (per provider)
• 70 births a month.
• EMR: Epic
Cases: Variety of cases. Trauma, general, Bread and butter, OB, joints, endo common. Locums will see their first patient of the day. Anesthesiologists will do the majority of the pre-ops with the exception of the first patient and if the provider has time in between cases, they will help with pre-ops.

Locum Reimbursement:
• Orientation on average will take around 5-7 hours.
• Pay rate: $245.00/hour with an 8-hour daily minimum, M-F.
• Overtime: to kick in after 8 hours each day. Reimbursed at $255.00/hour to be paid at the nearest 15 minutes. We anticipate some overtime with this assignment and likely 1 night of call per week.
• Weekday call is $400 to carry the pager for evening; in addition will receive $255 hr. for call back with a 2 hour minimum for each call back.
• Weekends are open too- $1,700 for 24-hour call period which includes 2 hours of call back. Any additional hours are paid at $255hr.
• $35.00 per day meal per diem
