Eastern Arizona CRNA Opportunity Role: CRNA Pay rate: $250 hr. (no negotiation) Dates: ALL DATES OPEN Credentialing: 60–90 days Certs Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS Clinical Details: • 5 CRNAs/day in OR, Mon–Fri, 7a–5p • 1 provider rotates night call every 12 weeks • OB Float CRNA days + primary call at night (post–call day off) • Secondary call CRNA at night (no post–call day off) • 1 provider 11p–7a, Mon–Fri, in-house nights (not call, hourly) • Call Structure (every 12th week): Primary: In-house Secondary: 30 min response • All CRNA practice • ~6,500 cases annually Case Mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs Census: 473 deliveries/year; 220 C-sections • No nerve catheters • Majority of blocks performed ? must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, ultrasound-guided anesthesia • Proof required: epidurals, spinals, blocks • ORs: 12 • CRNAs: 5 • EMR: Cerner In the OR? no worries - shoot me a text!
