Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Providence, RI. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, providing life changing procedures. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. 2 days per week
Hourly rate starts at: $290/hour, negotiable based on market
+ Daily guarantee, whether you work or not
Report at 6:30am - First surgery starting at 7am
1099- contractor
At Nuvia, our CRNAs are efficient with their time, self motivated and always put the patients safety as the top priority. An ideal candidate values working independently and has experience with general anesthesia with nasal intubations, under TIVA; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in the Center, which has a positive, engaging culture.

Required experience:
Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
Recent experience providing general anesthesia
Proficient in nasal intubations
Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center
Preferred experience:
Experience with dental anesthesia
Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting
Education/Licensure:
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current state licensure as an APRN
Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
Duties:
Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient. Effective communication, with all parties involved, is crucial for the success of our Centers.
