Job Description
Clinical Details:
• 5 CRNAs/day in OR, Mon–Fri, 7a–5p
• 1 provider rotates night call every 12 weeks
• OB Float CRNA days + primary call at night (post–call day off)
• Secondary call CRNA at night (no post–call day off)
• 1 provider 11p–7a, Mon–Fri, in-house nights (not call, hourly)
• Call Structure (every 12th week):
* – Primary: In-house
* – Secondary: 30 min response
• All CRNA practice
• ~6,500 cases annually
* – Mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs
* – 473 deliveries/year; 220 C-sections
• No nerve catheters
• Majority of blocks performed ? must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, ultrasound-guided anesthesia
• Proof required: epidurals, spinals, blocks
• ORs: 12
• CRNAs: 5
• EMR: Cerner
