Details: - Collaborative Care team model - CRNAs able to practice full scope of skills (blocks, spinals, epidurals) - Willing to retrain providers who are not proficient in blocks - Schedule: Full time, no call or weekends required (8, 10, and 13 hour shifts) - Salary: $225k W2, additional $165/hr for OT - Benefits: 401k match, profit sharing, full insurance package, CEU stipend.
