Schedule: 8s, Days
Call: Pager, Rotation TBD
Weekends: 1 weekend call shift per 4 weeks, Yes (call)
Lodging: Reimbursement
Rental/Mileage: Reimbursement
Practice Model: Care team
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, 6 months, Option to extend
