OB/GYN, General, Ortho, Endo. Must be proficient in Blocks, neonatal intubation.
Call split between CRNA/MD providers.
*$200/hr worked, Weekday call is $850-200/hr for any hours in excess of 4 hours on site during call, Weekend call is $1300 per weekend call shift-200/hr for any hours in excess of 4 hours on site during call.
