Job Description
The CRNA is responsible for the safe administration of anesthesia and the delivery of high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The CRNA works collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including reviewing medical history, lab results, and patient risk factors; Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans; Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia; Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor recovery; Respond to emergency situations, including airway management and resuscitation; Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia care; Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
