Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Pensacola, FL | Independent Contractor (Per Diem / Supplemental Coverage)
Flexible Per Diem Shifts | Self-Scheduling | No Minimum Requirements
Hourly Rate: $175–$210 with 6-Hour Guarantee
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced CRNAs to provide IV anesthesia sedation for an established oral & maxillofacial surgery practice in Pensacola, Florida. Ongoing coverage is needed on designated surgery days for the foreseeable future.
This opportunity offers predictable morning hours, strong team collaboration, and a steady mix of cosmetic and medically complex cases reflective of the Pensacola patient population.

Collaborative oral surgeon and coordinated prosthodontist team
Streamlined communication, scheduling, and case coordination
Ideal CRNA Candidate
Experience
1+ year administering IV sedation with strong airway management skills
Comfortable with propofol sedation and medically complex patients
Licensing & Certifications
Active Florida CRNA license
NBCRNA certification
Current BLS & ACLS
Professional Qualities
Efficient, reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong communicator who works well with dental surgical teams
Confident practicing independently in an outpatient surgical setting
