● Pay: 250K minimum (16 weeks off). $420K maximum, with still not tapping PTO

● Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting experienced CRNAs for an exciting opportunity in Southwestern Missouri. This role offers flexibility, strong support, and the chance to practice in a region known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreation.
Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in MO.
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required
