-Hours: Cases typically start at 7:45 AM; day ends when cases are finished; will guarantee 8 hours per day
-# of cases per day: up to 5; Typically 2-3 cases for each surgeon
-Number of ORs: 4
-# of MDAs: 0
-# of CRNAs: 1-2 CRNAs per day
-# of surgeons: 4
-Providers work independently - CRNA will work independently
-Hours per day: will guarantee 8 hours per day
-Charting - EMR Or Paper: Paper
-Length of coverage: vacation coverage only
-Credentialing Timeframe: The credentialing process can take up to 30 days but will ask for temporary privileges
