Job Description
Novus Anesthesia Partners has operated a stable, independent CRNA practice at Clarinda Regional Health Center since 2021. We have built a cohesive and high-performing clinical team within the positive, professional and supportive environment that exists within the hospital. The hospital seeks to expand its surgical services, operating an additional room on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
We are seeking experienced CRNAs who are interested and capable of working in a solo practitioner capacity to help with coverage for this additional room.
Caseload is primarily procedural driven and includes: General, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, ENT and Urology.
Compensation:
• $250/hour
• Paid Travel and lodging
Qualifications:
• Candidates with strong independent practice
experience including regional and neuraxial
anesthesia
• All Novus providers must meet state licensure
requirements.
• Providers must complete and meet hospital
credentialing requirements for the hospitals
where they will have privileges.
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia
experience preferred.
• Must have solid decision-making ability.
• Current certification as a CRNA with an IA
license, controlled substance and DEA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate patient records and
documentation.
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control
protocols.
