Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Pay: $200 per hour
Schedule type: Per-diem
Position type: W2 or 1099 options available
Benefits: W2, Per-diem employees may participate in OOA’s 401k plan, with eligibility for employer match and profit sharing determined based on annual hours worked.
Work Location: OOA owns and operates surgery centers in Olympia and Centralia, WA with a new ASC opening in Hawks Prairie towards the end of 2026. We are currently in need of coverage for our Olympia and Hawks Prairie locations, and the specific work site will be mutually agreed upon prior to hire.

We are seeking a team-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a rewarding career opportunity with our renowned healthcare group.
Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is the largest full-service orthopaedic group in the South Puget Sound area. You will have the opportunity to partner with a team of highly respected Orthopaedic Surgeons and Neurosurgeons in one of our busy Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Our practice specializes in the full spectrum of orthopaedic and neurosurgical procedures, including a high volume of Total Joint Replacements and a robust spine program. Our ASCs are well-staffed and equipped, with a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications:
- We perform a high volume of regional anesthesia, proficiency in most regional blocks is required.
- Valid and unrestricted Washington State RN and ARNP licenses.
- Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
