Job Description
Navarro Regional Hospital—a trusted leader in healthcare—is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team in Corsicana, TX, located just 53 miles southeast of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Position Highlights:
Independent CRNA practice model
Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular
New anesthesia equipment
Full-time, PRN, W-2, and 1099 options available
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-Time CRNA (W-2): $305,000 annually with call requirements based on 4 days per week.
4 day schedule with post call day off
Option to work additional hours at $205/hour
5 days per week compensation package: $377k+
8 weeks of vacation

1099 Options:
PRN/1099: $205 per hour
Full-time Rate: $407,000 annually with call shifts.
Call Rates Weekdays: $600
Call Rates Weekends: $1200
Call Back Pay: $205/hour

$36k Student Stipend Program — paid during the final 18 months of training

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8's 4-days per week
Option to work 5 days per week
Call requirements: 43 weekday shifts and 17 weekend (24-hour) shifts
