JOB SUMMARY:
This job is responsible for directing and coordinating members of the care team, focusing on the provision of individualized quality patient care consistent with organizational standards. Develops the patient plan of care in partnership with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient/family. A qualified anesthesia provider involved in the administration of anesthesia and related services as delineated by state licensing guidelines, hospital rules and regulations, and supervisory physician.
Competitive CRNA Compensation Package:
• Salary commensurate with experience – up to $330K for experienced CRNAs
• New grad starting salary of $254K
• $50,000 Sign-on bonus
• Up to $65,000 in retention bonus
• $40,000 Education Expense Program (If eligible)
• $10K Relocation Stipend (if eligible)
• $3000.00 yearly CME dollars
• Full-time and Per-Diem positions
• Flexible schedule Options with Day Shift available!
Additional Benefits:
• 1 week of CME time off, plus a $3000 CME allowance

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs is preferred.
