Job Description
MD Cardiac Anesthesia and Critical Care PLLC is currently seeking an experienced Cardiac CRNA to join the established and supportive team at UF Health. This is a Fulltime, W-2 or 1099 position covering 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, no weekends and no call. There is the option to also do general cases if requested but will mainly be Open heart, EP, and structural heart cases. Practice top of license.
Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
-Care Team Model of 2 Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs covering 3 CVOR.
-Average annual surgical volume is 500 open heart cases.
-Mix of cases including Bread and Butter, open heart, structural heart (TAVR/watchman/TEER), EP.
-CRNAs are able to practice with autonomy and at the top of their license in a collaborative environment.
-Fulltime, schedule of 40 hours per week. No overnights. No weekends.

-Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
