Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
Obtain and/or verify patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor physiological status throughout procedures
Provide clinical interventions as needed
Requirements
Current RN license
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Current CRNA certification through the AANA Council on Certification

Total Rewards
Salary: $275,000 – $290,000
Sign-On Incentives: Up to $100,000 (bonus options include retention, training assistance, or loan repayment)
