Job Description
We are seeking a Fulltime CRNA position at Bakersfield Memorial.

Qualifications: - Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Current California state nurse anesthetist license - BLS and ACLS certifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Sign-on Bonus
Salary 1099 starting at $320,000 with an opportunity to make up to $400,000/year
Schedule Flexible schedule with 8, 10 and 12 hr shifts
Call CRNAs will assist with back-up calls
Model Independent with seven anesthesiologists available in ORs each day
