Regional Float CRNA Opportunity – Southern Illinois
Help cover vacations and staffing needs across multiple Southern Illinois locations:
• Deaconess Illinois Medical Center – Marion, IL
• Deaconess Illinois Crossroads – Mt. Vernon, IL
• Southern Illinois Orthopedic Center (SIOC) – Herrin, IL
• Marshall Browning Hospital – DuQuoin, IL
Compensation Options
W-2 Option
• Base salary: $300,000
• Regional Float differential: +$20,000
• Total base: $320,000
• 8 weeks PTO
• Beeper fees, if applicable
o Monday–Friday: $400 per night
o Saturday & Sunday: $650 per day
1099 Option
• Base compensation: $360,000
• 44 weeks annual commitment
• Beeper fees, if applicable
o Monday–Friday: $400 per night
o Saturday & Sunday: $650 per day
